A bunch of extreme liars and scammers who dont know how to treat their staff. No wonder they've lost soo many people in such a short time. Wouldnt recommend

Rooms are nice and clean. Food in resturant is also good. Nice place over all.
Good hotel and spa
They have a great Austrian bowling game downstairs. We had a blast playing and I wish we could bowl like that in the US. Their food was fantastic as well. We are able to order off of the full restaurant menu and all seven of us were thrilled with our meals. I highly recommend the soups.
Nice location, hotel, but little things such as rooms with no view, no queen mattresses (two singles with gap), no air con, no fridge in room, and charging for tap water put me off.
I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times now on business and always had a good stay. Traditional Austrian food on the menu with a selection of vegan and veggie options - which appears to be a rare find over here!
2 stars removed for: -smoking in the breakfast area. That's right, in 2017 in Austria there are still hotels where you can smoke inside during meals. Sure, there is a non-smoking hall, but there's no physical barrier preventing smoke from coming to your area -no fridge in the rooms. For a 4* hotel, it should not be acceptable
