The hotel is centrally located in beautiful Alpbach. They have a fantastic garden with a pool where you can rest after a day of hiking. The restaurant was okay, but their 5 course menu seemed a bit too ambitious. Some of the starters were fantastic but otherwise the food was just too complicated and not as good as you would expect at a place like this. Some people in the staff, especially those in the reception were very nice and helpful. But some were quite unfriendly. I don't think this hotel is worth it's price, but it's still a great hotel.

Very lovely hotel with a good bar and restaurant open to the public. The waiter/barman was very nice and helpful, whilst the food was very good. I would certainly recommend it
Very welcoming and warm family! I got engaged here and the staff helped plan my husband to take care for everything! They even gave us room service on the big night at this with a big smile and without any troubles! Also very beautifull rooms! A place to sport, relax and enjoy!! Really wonderfull staying, hope to come again soon!!

Amazing hotel, great service and beautiful rooms
Very nice hotel in an old traditional village in Tirol. The rooms have just been renovated and even have an artificial fireplace - just lovely! The food is traditional with a modern touch at a high quality. The spa area is nice and the treatments are professional. The pool is rather small but nice for a dipp and you can swim from inside to the outside. In the summer time the guest are from all over Europe - the majority are seniors but also quite a high number of young families with small kids.
Just returned from our second visit and it really is superb. The rooms are beautiful, food perfect (my waistline is proof this week) and the spa is stunning (no swimwear but a towel is provided for modesty so even a shy Brit like me can enjoy it!). Our room (218) had a lovely view of the mountains and the pool below. Last but not least the staff are SO friendly and helpful - faultless.
Amazing Reception Staff, Super Nice people. Loved the rooms as well! Will visit again.
