Unprofessional and very incompetent team. Shameful!!! Very poor service and poor handling of the customer issues. I have registered my car for an 80000km service at the garage as they are partners of Opel Beyschlag Wien, where I have brought the car. From the first contact I made it clear that the car was Opel and why I want to take it to them instead of Vienna. From Carinthia it is still over 300 km drive (there and back), but still not 600 as it would be to take the car to Vienna. They asked for the registration documents as well, so they had a very good idea what to expect and how to prepare. When my the car turned up, they looked puzzled that it was Opel and told my wife to wait 4 and 1/2 hours until the parts arrive and further 1-2 for the service. When I complained to the service personal they were very defensive, when I got to the manager, he was close to being rude and did not accept any kind of responsibility on their parts, try to bend the story and describe it as standard procedure that people have to wait for 3-4 hours before they get started with the service.

I had problems with power steering and they told me that it's due to weak battery. Some months later I finally decided to get it exchanged. The price which they told me in the morning when I brought the car was two times less than what I had to pay at the end of the day to get my car back and guess what: It didn't solve the problem with power steering. It made me very disappointed, because I had very high opinion about this shop from my previous visits.
Absolut großartiges Service! Das Fahrzeug wurde sogar aussen und innen gewissenhaft gereinigt, obwohl dies gar nicht angeordnet wurde! Es werden auch Markenfremdfahrzeuge ohne weiteres und rasch repariert! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Ein herzliches Dankeschön!
Wohl der schönste Ford Händler in Graz! Hier zur blauen Stunde Am besten gefällt mir, das ich schon vor der Reparatur über die Kosten Bescheid weiß. Kein anderer Ford Betrieb kann hier mithalten
Der Reifenwechsel war wieder perfekt organisiert - ich konnte die Werkstatt schon vor (!) dem vereinbarten Termin wieder verlassen, die Freundlichkeit des Teams vor Ort war unschlagbar!
Kompetent, freundlich, schnell! Wobei zu sagen ist, daß ich das von allen Fordwerkstätten genau so kenn...

Alles top! Von Mitarbeiter über Angebote, bis hin zum Service. Großes Lob an dieses Team und allen im Hintergrund mitwirkenden!
