Recently, quality control isn't what it used to be. Issues with finishes in particular seem to have increased a lot and prices aren't as cheap as they used to be compared to the competition. However, the modularity and flexibility are still the real strengths of IKEA at this price point, and nothing comes close if you want to customise.

Love Ikea Graz, love going there, it's almost like my second home )) Lovely store to go to for furniture and the food so far was very good, best time to visit is during the week in the morning time! Thumbs up
Typical IKEA, as almost everywhere in the world. A lot of parking lots, an easy to reach as it is located close to the highways
The food is always super good. It is sad that the quality of IKEA is going down but still, we can find great things at a reasonable price!

went there to give the stuffs that I bought from yesterday back, as I entered the entrance there is the sign that I should press the number for the queue. They were on Nr. 48 and I got Nr. 49 I was waiting for my queue and suddenly there was a family came right to counter and tried to give there stuffs back, a women who was working at the counter told the family to take the queue first, they got number 50 which should be after me, the woman took their number first and then the another counter kept skipping my queue and took number 51. and as she finished nr. 50 I came straight to her and asked if she finished with her stuffs, she told me to take the queue first then waiting in the line. i told her that I got number 49 and she took the 50 before me, she said that nr. 49 was called and no one came and she told me that I should wait for the another counter because she hasn‘t finished her stuffs yet. Everything went pretty great with giving the stuffs back but I was pretty upset with how she dealt with this situation and not even said sorry to me tho.
IKEA is always a great experience. The staff was helpful and the general experience was great!
