Seriously don’t even waste your time considering this place. All of the positive reviews are most likely from their own team being pressured by the manager. They are incompetent and completely unreliable. If you have a problem you will never receive an answer, and their lines are always conveniently busy. Go elsewhere and put poorly led companies out of business
Worst company ever! 3 first month of contract : they took an additional 350 month after month on my account... Today I went there for the third time in a month and had the same answer (of course I never had any apologies or even a smile) : we will refund you ! Thank you Mister Manager what a good news! In which year? Drei, I'll be back ;) in 20 month

Terrible service. If I could I would give them zero stars... actually minus 1 would be best. Rude and totally incompetent employees. I was simple stunned by how rude and incompetent they are. This store is a disgrace to the whole T-Mobile brand, HQ should have a closer look at it.
Terrible customer service. The staff was incompetent and the manager was pathetic and rude. I have never experienced such arrogance and hard headedness in customer service. I cannot believe this outlet exists. I will never be using or recommending their services.
