Hotel - Room is big. It looks/smells like the inside was refurbished recently. Great Mountain View from the room.Staffs are super friendly. - It would be nice to have extra room amenities such as shower cap or lotion. Restaurant - Breakfast is delicious with loads of option. I notice that they only use bio/local products which are a huge plus - The food in the menu for lunch/dinner is very tasty. The Schnitzel is one of the best ones I ate. Lovely beer garden vibes. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We have been in multiple hotels during our trip in Germany and Austria, but this one was bij far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It smells musty and looks really, really cheap. Lots of mold in the shower and didn't look clean at all. For this reason, we have also asked to check out a day earlier. This was no problem, but the full amount had to be paid first and then it would be settled later. We have done that in good faith, but never got our money back and they say they will not do this. Long story short: very cheap and dirty looking hotel for which you have to pay way too much money per night.
Beautiful place,nature and really nice and clean hotel. Family Vötterl is really friendly. I'm booking this hotel every year. Some rooms are already renovated and really beautiful. Also the view from some rooms is very nice. Food is very good. Staff is very friendly. I love this place!
Third floor room with a view was amazing in early October, staff was great, breakfast was great. Would definitely go again!
