In my cup was a little crack and I saw it when I was at home. Even though they assured that they always check before handing it out and that it is most likely possible that I made the crack while transporting it home, they immediately agreed to replace it. So pretty nice :-) Still disagreeing that the crack happened while I had it, but... :-D it's a Christmas mystery!

The guys from the Hollyshirt shop were very helpful and managed to get it ready in time for the birthday party the next day.
