Nice selection of historic craftsmanship and art, as well as tools and icons from local churches. The selection is spread over 2 buildings, both of which are connected via an underground tunnel that also contains some of the work. The staff there was friendly and the entry is free with the Saalfelden Card, that you get with lots of hotels in the area.

We went to see the mine but this was th adress mentioned. Paid for tickets but heard afterwards the mine was 4km up the road. The road was bad, potholes and gravel all the way and no way to see where you are going. And when we arrived at the mine it was closed (mon-tuesday) which is not mentioned on the website. Total scam!!
What an experience to see this beautiful site, nothing like this anywhere else

Nettes kleines Museum in sehr modernem Gebäude Eintrittspreis ist in der Salzburger Land Card mit drinnen. Corona Hinweise mehr als vorbildlich, für jeden Raum gibt es ein Hinweis Schild wie viele gleichzeitig drin sein dürfen und auch für den Aufzug der deswegen z.b aktuell nur alleine genutzt werden darf Auch bei wärmeren Temperaturen sehr angenehmes Klima im Gebäude. Wer keine Salzburger Land Card hat und die Tickets so bezahlen muss oder sich noch mit Souvenirs eindecken möchte sollte beachten das nur Barzahlung und keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist
Die Praktikanten sind der wahnsinn! Alle so freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem die blonde junge Dame beim Empfang. Habe eine Führung bekommen, welche mich fast umgehauen hat. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
