Customer service wasn't very good. The shop is stuffed and it's very difficult to browse among the fabrics. Most of the times I couldn't even see the pattern (even when I tried to moved the material around it). Also it's difficult to take them out and bring them to the sales assistant to cut from it for you. After they cut a piece from the fabrics, I was asked to bring the rolls of fabrics back to the place I took them from. However, the prices were rather low. That's the only good thing about the shop.

Ein tolles Geschäft man bekommt alles man muss viel Zeit mitbringen um alle Stoffe zu sehen Ich finde immer etwas zum Naehen oder Handarbeiten. Möchte noch sagen das Jede Verkäuferin die Ruhe in Person ist und sie sind alle Nett.
Sher gut. So viel textil. Gute preis.
Wahnsinns Preise und gute Stoffe.. Wir kommen oft extra aus Bayern.. Die Mädels am Zuschneidetisch sind immer gut gelaunt trotz Stress und verständlicherweise wenig Platz (es ist teilweise schon recht kuschelig, vor allem wenn mehrere Kunden im Laden sind).. Ja man muss die Stoffballen selbst wieder aufräumen aber es gibt wirklich schlimmeres.. Ich kann den Laden jedem Hobbynäher nur empfehlen
