I was surprised to see a plant menu... They definitely muted that launch. I'd eaten but wanted to support so took the vegan nachos. I upped with the smoke tofu as you can see the smoked tofu cubes don't warrant the 3.50 charge. 5 or 6 diced cubes. It's definitely a double portion overall though and splitting the price would help. It needs more salsa like regular nachos. Chef could do with a wee more training most vegan cheese was clumped in slices together so wouldn't have been able to melt but if they crumble properly the cheese top it would and would help the dryness. Most chips were dry. If you do order then order more salsa or a salsa side. No water for dogs so if you have your fido bring your bowl

I've made it a bit of a mission of mine to try to eat at a Hard Rock wherever I go... I'm not sure why, I think it's become a sort of "collect them all!" kind of thing for me. So I was delighted to find that this small mountain city in Austria had a Cafe for me to tick off the list. I have to say, I really enjoyed my experience here. We were travelling during the off-season, so it was super quiet and we were seated very quickly. As always we occupied ourselves by checking out what cool music memorabilia they had (not a bad selection!). The staff were great, super friendly and of course the food was delicious. Overall it was a good time (I did forget to pick up the required t-shirt though! Guess a return trip is in order).
Food was good especially the buffalo wings were great. The staff was friendly and the style of the restaurant was cool. Also very good was that the music had a good level of volume and was not that loud (we were there at around 2PM)
The food was delicious, exactly as expected (been to a couple of HR in the USA). The local craft beer was very good. However there a couple of downers. When we arrived at around 5.30pm the hostess told us our kids would eat for free from the kids menu before 7pm. That sounded like a good surprise to us. We immediately got a table even though we reserved for half an hour later but arrived too early. Our waitress was somewhat hectic and very unpersonal (you could call that efficiency but I like a personal greeting). As said before, the food was great, everybody was happy. But when we got the invoice I saw that the kids menus were on the invoice. So much for kids eating for free... So the unfriendly waitress and the wrong information (or fault from waitress?) about kids would eat for free takes down the rating. Would have been 5 star if that didn't happen.
If you are familiar with Hard Rock Cafe then you know what to expect! The menu is a staple and it's always very good, the atmosphere and the vibe are classic HRC. The typical memorabilia and the famous stores are present. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Innsbruck.

I'm a very very big fan of the hard Rock Cafe and hotels. The dinner was delicious and the surroundings awesome. Even with the five stars I missed the waiters attention for our meals. But it was one so I can't speak for the others.
Infernally long waiting times. Free seating, ok. But after being sat for 20 minutes we had to go to the waiter ourselves to ask for the table to be cleared from the previous customers. We also asked for a new cutlery set for the mains after using the one for the starters and were informed that it's usually one set of cutlery, but only for this time they'll bring another one. Good thing we didn't order desserts otherwise it would have tasted like BBQ sauce! The waiters were fairly cold and somewhat rude. On another hand, the food was good. Although I still don't understand how burgers come in a variety of doneness.
