Amazing hotel and outstanding value for money. We got free upgrade, personnel was more than welcoming. We requested parking and got a nice spot right next to hotel. Hotel has very cozy bar, vending machine in case you need a late night snack, courtyard with comfy and secluded seating and third floor terrace with nice view. Upon checkout we were offered to use parking spot till 16 00 for no charge. There are nice restaurants right at doorstep and downtown is about 10 min walk Next time we are in Innsbruck we are staying at Nala for sure

Good location about 10 mins from the centre of the old city. The rooms and hotel are stylishly designed and there is parking for a fee. The room isn’t very spacious but for the price we paid it was a good base for Innsbruck where the use of space has been thought through well. The bed was comfortable and the shower is powerful. The bathroom in the standard room is separated with a rolling door that includes the TV. No air conditioning. Can’t speak to the food as we didn’t pay for breakfast.

Initially just a 3 night stay in what is probably their smallest double room. In the end I stayed for 11 days. In a quiet area, but close to city centre. During an unseasonably hot spell in April, the air conditioning worked beautifully. Thermostatically controlled shower was fantastic. Breakfast choice was superb. But best of all staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was good value for money too. Highly recommended
NALA was such a nice and friendly place to stay at. We had some trouble with parking at first, but the staff was patient, explained and pointed us to the right parking - they have around 3-4 places where you can park (the parking fee is not included in the price of the room tho). The hotel looks new, clean, vibrant, the rooms were super cozy. We got room called Cinema with big TV, king sized bed and great view. Unfortunately we didn't got chance to try the NALA restaurant, but we did spend some time at the spacious terrace with chairs and umbrellas providing shade during the hot days. NALA is close to the centre and for some small shopping there's Billa behind the corner. We also got sweet parting gift while leaving, which was super thoughtful. Hoping to come back one day!
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here and honestly dream about coming back again. The room was super cool with the loft and the views were spectacular. We loved having a mini fridge, coffee maker and a little balcony overlooking the yard and mountains. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
Really cool hotel with awesome garden and rooftop deck. The room was very clean and nice, and we also used the free sauna in the basement. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from downtown.
Beautiful hotel with charming garden and flawless rooms. We stayed at the zen room, and although it is a bit small, it was fully equiped and very functional design. The staff is really nice and the breakfast looked fresh and varied.
