I left my bike on Thrusday. There were the two weeks to change and another small things to fix. We agreed in price 100 which I found expensive but being new in the city I thought the prices here in Innsbruck would be high. First of all, they said “maybe on Monday is ready, but we keep in touch” and it was already disappointing because it wasn’t a chemical product to be invented or a new dress to be done. They had to change two wheels and nothing else, but anyway. I called on Monday morning and they said “it’s ready but not confirmed” (what?) then in the afternoon they called me saying it was now confirmed and they could give me the bike. At 6:48pm I called to ask if they could wait for me to pick it up because I was 14 minutes away but they said “no, we close at 6 o’clock” and okay again!! No problem!!!! Next day though, when I went to pick my bike, the work wasn’t fully done, they took other ten minutes to finish and then they tried charging me another 22 because of some extra work they found out later to be done! When I ask why didn’t they tell me the answer was “because the price of an international call was even higher” and okay, I mean, I have a foreign number but we talked three fiking times before coming! They are just cheaters! They try sucking your money out in any way! and they are also apparently very slow. DON’T TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THEM!

Super unfreundlich. Trotz Termin hatte man vor Ort doch keine Zeit, um (wie vereinbart) einen kurzen Blick auf mein Rad zu werfen. Ich wurde einfach stehen gelassen. Nach mir kam eine unangemeldete Frau in den Laden, die den Mitarbeiter aber offensichtlich kannte. Für sie wurde sich die Zeit genommen, um sich ihr Rad anzusehen. Sowas geht gar nicht, aber man kann sich dieses Verhalten anscheinend leisten.
