We have rented from this shop 2 years in a row. Once for Kappl and once for Ischgl. Pricing wise the shop is very competitive but they are also very friendly and pleasant. They’ve been very helpful when exchanging equipment for a different size and even in the case of when the ski school lost a set of child skis. Have not had a bad experience at all and would highly recommend.

Arrived for ski trip with group of 9. There was no issue with collecting the skis the night before. The drop off was open late which was fantastic as we did not need to rush off the slopes. We had some food after dropping off the gear. All was reasonably priced and the service was great. Loved the family orientated feel we will be back

Lack of knowledge about ski touring equipment. I have thought for a long time whether to leave this review, because there is a lot to like about this shop / cafe business. The building is very modern and comfortable inside and the manager Manfred tried quite hard to sort out the problems we had with our ski rental. The price was considerably lower than other rental shops in the area. Unfortunately, the bad news is that their ski touring equipment was inadequate and unsafe. My friends and I went on a 6-day tour from hut-to-hut in the mountains. You don't want your gear breaking up there when you're 10km from the nearest road. We nearly started late because of two days of delays in Skikonig getting the right equipment for us (we booked over a month in advance). The bindings on my rental skis were put together with a piece missing. This meant that in touring / walking mode, the ski brake wouldn't click up. When I took them back, the rental guy repeatedly told me there was 'no problem'. It was only my insistence that caused him to locate the missing part and put the binding together correctly. One of my other friends also rented skis from here and his bindings came loose on day 2 of the trip when we were already up in the high mountains. Four screws were loose on a single binding. I really do hope this business succeeds because clearly a lot of investment and work has gone into it. The other reviews are very positive, and perhaps for piste skis and boards, there is a better understanding of the equipment. But I feel compelled to leave this review in case anyone else is thinking of renting ski touring equipment from here - you have been warned!

What friendly staff! Extremely helpful, took the time to prepare my skis well and changed them quickly when I didn’t like them! Brilliant team! Coming back next year!

Arrived in the shop on Saturday, right before Christmas and was the only customer in the shop. Got a fantastic, brand new set at half the price of what the closest competitor was charging in Ischgl. Return was smooth too. Can't really understand what the people are complaining here about. Will be returning soon!
