I have not used their service as I had to reschedule my ski trip, yet I miss managed to communicate my cancellation notice, they were kind enough to accept my late notice and canceled 3 instructors which I have booked for 3-4 days, they also provided 50% discount on the given rate for the first day as it was too late to send the instructors back. For this type of customer service I would highly recommend them, I will sure come back and hire an instructor from Elements3, Thanks again Susanne for your patience throughout the process and your understanding!

So helpful and friendly. Nothing too small to ask and they do an amazing job. Some of our party had their own gear and some rented. When you are in need they deliver at a tiny cost. Their rental equipment is excellent quality too.
Friends of mine recommended that I contacted Kevin from the Element 3 ski school for some tuition and I was glad that I did. He took the time to explain where I could improve and corrected my errors. This has been a game changer and I am now using the edges of the skis much more effectively. I now ski with much more confidence and enjoyment. Great guy, he organised ski hire, took care of mountain restaurant reservations and really made my trip. I'll be sure to book him again and recommend him to others.
Great equipment and customer service. There was a mix up in communication around returning skis early which we had already paid for (which is not normally permitted) but the staff agreed to make an exception for us, which they did not need to do and was very kind. Quality of equipment and overall customer service is very high
We booked private lessons and hired equipment for our daughters with Element 3. The instructor was fantastic, and the people in the shop were all very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was excellent. Definitely recommend them to everyone
Element 3 gave ski lessons for my 6 year old daughter and my 60 year old mother and they were brilliant! We came back to Kitzbühel for the second year running and they made the booking of lessons very easy and the instructors were great.
Ski School is pricey with low value as instructors are nice young people that won't progress your level (unless you are a complete beginner). We paid less and got better tuition with other schools (on other Alp resorts). We also had an issue where we encountered zero flexibility on their side, when one of our group didn't feel well and needed to cancel on the morning, still, they demanded payment in full as we didn't give a 24 hours cancelation (unless we get a Dr.'s approval which doesn't make sense for tourists in our case). I think they could have made an exception to their strict rules, as we paid for multiple days / people a large amount of money.
Great service from a multi-lingual team. As a backcountry/touring skier its always difficult doing short-hop trips without my own gear, but not with these guys! All the touring/Avi kit you would want, and all of which was kept to a very high standard.
