Too stressy and overcrowded mass lab! If you want to avoid high discomfort, find another one. The lab is very small, sampling cabines extremely small. If you do not feel well durung examination, you have hardly place to lay down in one of minimal cabins with other patients coming in and out and sitting directly next to your head. Mostly zero pause between 2 patients, which makes things faster but is definitely not giving a good hygiene impression, moreover, it raises concerns! Some employees polite, some less, some not wearing face masks at all in the peak of corona times. I am very negatively surprised of such lab conditions in Vienna! I am definitely going back to Labor in Hietzing which was, in my experience, very professional a much nicer and more comfortable place to be.

Unprofessional, chaotic place. Hygiene seems to be of secondary matter. Blood-taking interrupted by chatter with colleague. Zero trust that the blood sample will arrive where is should and no confusions happen. Whoever is managing this place, please have a talk with your employees. Rude receptionist.

The Lab opens at 0700 I was informed per phone that opening times are at 0715. although I arrived at 0730 there were 8 Patients ahead of me. Receptionist extremely friendly , knowledgeable and competent. The one snag with this labor is that there is only ONE doctor taking the blood samples. If you have time then no problem. Otherwise a VERY LONG WAIT. 5**** to the reception staff and 0 for the management for employing one doctor.

ALERT: Don't go to this s*ithole! They don't deserve even 1 star. Level of staff lowest of low! Unfriendly, arrogant, unprofessional and ugly :) Not to mention that you have to wait for your results for 14 days ! Any other lab will have it ready the next day. Never again will I go there, ever! As I said, proleten und bauern wiener style sh**hole of a \lab\. Go anywhere else but here. Edit : I checked the other comments and it looks like I ain't the only one hating this place (: Why? Because it truly SUCKS!!

Terrible attitude, unfriendly and rude receptionists. Also wouldn't speak to me or pretended not to understand me because of my accent? (I tried in both German and then English) Apparently \abholen\ was too difficult for them to understand.

Ganz freundlich! Aber Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht! Labor hat zwar bis 17 Uhr offen, aber Abgabe von Proben bzw. Blutabnahme nur bis allerspätestens 16:40!! (Gilt übrigens für alle anderen Standorte auch so...also nur bis 30 min vor Schluss darf man die Proben abgeben) Sehr verwirrend, die Angaben!
