Great experience with these guys. We had a very small baby and nothing was too much trouble for them. They provided a new car seat for her, happily carried pram and base and all our ski gear, were on time and communicated with us immediately if we had any queries. And after extensive searches for ski transfers they also came up the cheapest. We added a person to our party at the last minute and they did not change the price at all. I was really impressed and they massively lessened the anxiety of her new parents taking a small baby skiing for the first time! Thanks

I’ve used AlpinBus a few times this year and have had fantastic service on each occasion! Staff were very friendly, despite the late hour that I usually arrived. The cars were clean and spacious and the drivers had even provided me pillows, so that it was more comfortable on my journeys up the mountain. I really felt that the drivers are professionally trained and knew the road like the back of their hands so I didn't have to worry about my safety, which is always extremely important for me! Will definitely use this service again in this winter season!

Excellent experience! This is the second time I’ve used AlpinBus to go skiing. It’s a quick, cost-effective and very comfortable way to get to my hotel. In my case, both of the trips were from Geneva to the Morzine area and back. The drivers were always polite and helpful, they speak English and seem reliable. The cars were clean and the transfers were smooth. I am very impressed with the service and can recommend it!

Email communications were excellent - any question I had or request for confirmation of our arrangement was promptly and completely addressed. Since this was our ride to the airport 2 hours away, I did not want to take any chances. Our driver was on time, polite, and easy to speak with. He is a nice guy!
