Good location but average

Very courteous and warm staff. We felt very comfortable. Walk-in shower with rain shower. Large selection at the breakfast buffet.
This is no reflection on the superb catering staff. Would have given high marks if not for a) constant smell of smoking going into our bedroom from the staff office opposite on the 1st floor b) not been asked how are stay was at the end (basic courtesy that would have trumped the inconvenience)

It has several different bars. I have yet to have have a drink yet but it looks nice. I am giving it 4 stars based entirely on the fact that they let us randomly walk around until we found an empty bar in the basement where they let us sit around and smoke cigars and randomly search for obscure DJ's on the web and send prank texts I may edit this review but for now I suggest heading straight downstairs and going to the left at the end of the hall if you just, need a nightlife timeout and want to do as you will for a few minutes
Location was excellent - Room was not as good as picture shows. they do not have any body cream, only hand cream, when you finish the cream they do not add more cream . during the breakfast time they took long time to deliver tea/coffee and omelette. In addition, they do not provide water or kettle in the room。 the most annoying things was the WIFI was so poor.
Top Skiurlaub - Hotel mit spezieller Atmosphäre und extravaganter Ausstattung. Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen, wie Bar Service Rezeption...nur top. Auch ein großes Lob an dieKüche 1 A - wir kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr schönes und super gemütliches Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Die Zimmer sind charmant und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In nur wenigen Schritten ist man auf der Skipiste . Abendessen und Frühstück haben fantastisch geschmeckt. Toll!
