Beautiful catholic church in the centre of the town... The external architecture is calm and the inner carvings are indeed pretty. The colourful streak of buildings outside the church boundaries gives the whole area a very warm and jolly feel. There's a great souvenir shop too onside...a little expensive though. This church is a must visit when close by..

Lovely place to visit, we went as part of The Sound of Music tour and it covered quite a bit of history musical related, as well as a broader history. Would recommend the tour to see quite a bit of light hearted history.

Very nice church as part of Sound of Music tour, gift shop adjacent for souvenirs.
I really liked the black and gold decoration of the church - don't think i have seen that anywhere before. The town seems dominated by Sound of Music tourism - but I guess that is okay if that is your reason for being there.
That small town feeling. Great outdoor lunch place...lots to choose from.
