Insider a bit outside of Graz! I stumbled upon this by chance, or rather I was taken there by locals. It was the best food I had in a while, but a bit more pricey (main dishes start at 13, although there is always a lunch offer for around 10 including a soup). Looking at the restaurant from the outside and also the inside, you would not expect this kind of fancy food there, but rather traditional “Heurigen” (Austrian tavern) like food. The restaurant is connected to a shop, where they sell their own gin, snaps and other stuff they brewed together. And in the inner court is the new brewer, which is open to visit and learn about their brewery a bit. About the food: The main dish was very good- best spring potatoes I had in this season (due to the dryness we had a very bad potatoes crop)... but my favourites were definitely the desert - gin tonic ice cream: never had it and I absolutely love gin. So just amazing! - strawberry dumplings with strawberry ice cream: the dough was so soft and fluffy and the ice cream so fresh. So all in all, definitely worth visiting on the way to Graz, but be aware of the food being a bit more pricey (main dishes starting at 12

Excellent Place
Hier gibt es eine Riesen-Auswahl an heimischen Schnäpsen und Likören. Kernöl, ausgezeichneter Balsamessig und vieles mehr. Hier findet man für jeden Anlass ein nettes Geschenk. Die Leute sind ganz besonders freundlich und hilfreich.
Erstklassig , erst nach Verkostung wurde an mich verkauft. Sehr bemüht, sehr freundlich und Spitzenprodukte. Meine Empfehlung Schoko Kokos Likör als Topping für das Eis zu Hause. Hammer.
Haben ausgezeichnet gegessen, sehr ansprechend angerichtet! Die Premium Führung war spannend und informativ. Sehr freundlicher Seniorchef. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ausflugsziel!
