Very rude lady at the reception when we asked about rentals. It was our first time in town, and we wanted to see if any shop rents ski outfits. We asked a few ski shops in town, although none had any for rent, they did not respond as if we were asking some absurd question like the receptionist did here - so yes we were upset.

It was the first time skiing ever for my family. So we booked everything online and communicated by email with the ski rental shop. Their prices, compared to prices in Switzerland are way more interesting. They arranged everything for our arrival day and we only had to pass by at the shop in the village to pick up our skipasses. The next morning we just took the bus from the village we stayed in and drove to the cable car. Went up to the ski resort on 2000m over sea level and picked up our skis, shoes and helmets. The teachers were already aware of our arrival and for 3 days the family got their lessons. Bottom line is that the guys are super friendly, helpful, understand the customers' needs and are equipped very well. We enjoyed it so much that we extended the kids' lessons by one more day. The kids progressed within 4 days and are self confident and enjoy skiing. If you decide to visit Oetz for skiing definitely get in touch with these guys from Malisport and they will enabke you and your family a great skiing experience.
Es hat einfach so viel Spaß gemacht und ich konnte so viel lernen. Die Organisation und Kommunikation war erste Klasse und ich bin total zufrieden.
Unsere Tochter hat bei Euch viel gelernt und sehr viel Spass gehabt. Dafür muss ich besonders der tollen Skilehrerin Lisa nochmal DANKE sagen. Ich wollte ein Anfänger Kurs für Erwachsene machen, aber leider konnte ich als totaler Anfänger nicht mithalten! Dafür habe ich Privatstunden mit Michl gemacht und Dank ihm konnte ich zum Schluss die blau Piste ziemlich sicher fahren.
Skischulkurs in Gruppe gebucht. Im Vorfeld sehr kompetente und unkomplizierte Beratung durch Jana! Der Skikurs verlief ganz nach meinen Vorstellungen. Die Gruppe war mit 7 Leuten nicht zu groß (sicherlich auch saisonabhängig) und ich lernte zügig. Der erfahrene Skilehrer war top und nahm sich die Zeit für jeden von uns. Nach Ende des Gruppen-Skikurs noch Einzelstunden bei Skischule Mali gebucht, da ich mit Ü40 erstmalig in meinem Leben auf Skiern stand und etwas unsicher war. Auch hier hatte ich einen sehr kompetenten Skilehrer, bei dem ich viel gelernt habe. Das gelernte konnte hier bestens verfeinert werden und inzwischen fiebere ich jedem Skiurlaub entgegen. Ich bin froh, mich seinerzeit für die Skischule Mali in Hochoetz entschieden zu haben. Ich freue mich jedes Mal, die bekannten Gesichter von Mali wiederzusehen ️. Danke Euch ( den Fachkräften am Ort und auf dem Berg) für alles und macht weiter so. Ich empfehle Euch zu 100% weiter!
Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf alle Fälle wieder. Die Organisation und auch die Betreuung verlief bestens. Mein Kind ist glücklich und ich auch.
Alles war spitzenklasse. Ich war sehr begeistert davon, dass die Gruppen eher klein gehalten wurden und meine Kinder hatten so viel Spaß und haben auch viel gelernt.
Ich habe in dieser Skischule so viel dazu gelernt und ich bin so dankbar das wirklich auf mich eingegangen wurde und sich Zeit genommen wurde.
