The place is good, well lit, and nicely designed. The food was ok. No complaints with the service - Food arrived fairly quickly. The place was not crowded for having their prices slightly above other restaurant in the outlet - You may consider this place for some quite time and avoid the lines. Overall experience was ok.

It's ok for a first time trying this place. When our order was served, sunddenly green flies were swarming our food. It was horrible, the server was alerted but he just pushed it aside. We noticed that the pickle cabbage was causing this. The server was again alered but stupid stay stupid. Not coming back for sure.

Service was fine, waiter guy was kinda funny. But the ramen wasnt anything special, there was only one kind of ramen which wasnt spicy. The broth wasnt intense enough. Overall ok.
Sadly Wagamama was not able to fulfill our expectations, as we were very excited to eat. there. The waiting time was very small and the place has a very nice interior. Nonetheless the food is sub-par and compared to the delivered quality over-priced. Some of the employees did not talk German which caused further confusion when we wanted to order and pay. Furthermore the restaurant does not offer any sanitary facilities, which forces clients to walk out of the restaurant to go to a public restroom.
Seriously - this was the most hospitality-oriented service I ever had despite waiters were under water. Awesome food taste, perfect price, fresh, fast and super selection for vegetarians
