Really Liked this place! We spent a weekend there with the full spa package. The food was good but the highlight is the views everywhere. We got a massage but they were not the best we’ve had for the prices they have there. However the staff is very attentive and the hotel is great. We will definitely come back one day!

We stayed for two nights including Silvester and enjoyed the service and the facilities very much. The hotel is very hospitable with good design and reasonable good selection. The spa facilities in lake and mountain setting is second to none, just prefect. The hotel can improve on fresh pastry and bread selection at breakfast and more exciting selection of hot food at dinner . We highly recommend the hotel for three nights break.
A first class hotel with excellent service and facilities. ‘Great location, very comfortable stay and Staff really friendly and helpful. Huge room, very spacious and stylish, with a large balcony providing a amazing view mountains. Excellent choice at breakfast. Also Providing extras that other hotels would charge for, such as robes, slippers, complimentary bottled water. Highly recommended

Pertisau is a beautiful location. This hotel sits just by the lake. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are very nice. Spa and sauna are great. The quality of the food served was very good. This was our second visit and would like to stay again in the future
NOT TO RECOMMEND in Corona times! We cancelled due to the potential of corona infection and didnt want to bring it to their resort, still had to pay 80% cancellation fee. Ridiciolous. You care about the safety of their staff and customers and they ask you to pay for it. Every real travel chain offers a Corona refund possibility, here they just want your money. Won't go with travel charme ever again.
A too good to be true place. Pertisau is a Quite and elegant small town, hotel's location is perfect overlooking the lake, staff are friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and well designed, spa is amazing especially the jacuzzi tub!
