I’ve been staying at Haus Susanne for about 6 or 7 years now ( not continuously, that would be expensive). Run by a friendly British family, the house offers comfortable accommodation with all that is required for a great ski holiday. A simple 50 mins drive from Salzburg airport, with the local skiing accessed from the bus stop at the end of the road, and the rest of the vast Ski Amadé area within a short drive, Haus Susanne really is a great place to stay.

Hi All, I have a bad experience with the owner (Ben) who don't like to make an agreement from their side. We made a reservation, trough booking.com, and we got a whatsapp message that we need to pay 90 Euro/ nights to keep our accommodation otherwise they will cancel the reservation. They made a mistake with the pricing and force us to pay more, even we understand the situation they give us 1,7 Euro discount/ night. Please be aware with them.
Had a fantastic time here with my family. Rooms are spacious and are kept to an excellent standard, all food was superb, and the bar downstairs is brilliant for evening chats. There is a drying/boot room for all ski equipment, parking outside and is easily accessible to the resort. The family that own the house are lovely and very accommodating. Going back there again next year as we all had such a great time.
A great, friendly place to stay. Clean and spacious, with great views from some of the rooms. Have only visited in the summer, as skiing is not my thing, but plenty to do and see. Run by a lovely English couple (useful if your German is non existent, like mine!), with an expansive knowledge of the local area. Radstadt's picturesque little town centre is within easy walking distance.
Having spent many a great week being looked after by Ange, Ben, Mabel & Zeb at Haus Suzanne I can honestly say that you won't get a better welcome. A true home from home in the Alps with access to a fantastic range of ski areas on the doorstep or a little further afield. And after a day on the slopes, home cooked food and an an evening in Ben's cosy bar - it doesn't get much better.
Been to Haus Susanne a few times and that says it all- you’ll definitely want to come back. Run by a lovely family, and with easy to a huge ski area, this is one of my favourite places for a winter trip. Rooms are comfy & there’s always plenty to eat and drink. Breakfast means breakfast at Haus Susanne
Great place to stay with friendly owners. Lovely area, loads to do with kids in the summer. The owners know all of the local places to go and have tons of local knowledge. The house is lovely, spacious, clean, food nice. Had a great holiday here and would definitely return!
