Amazing location, the apartments were nice and clean (clean also under the beds!), the staff at the reception was nice and helpful. The heating is a little tricky to control, sometimes I woke up in the night because of the heat. At least we were never cold. The kitchen was well equipped: pots, pans, contact grill, microwave normal owen, etc. There was only a set of six plates for our family of six, but the dishwasher has solved the problem easily. We had an apartment on the 2nd floor, the view was really amazing (as the name of the resort suggests). The double bed was not so comfortable, otherwise the furniture was OK. You have to pay for cleaning and bedding/towels, so calculate that also into the price. Rauris is also a wonderful place to visit, especially in December.

2 of my friends and I stayed here for 5 days. It was a great experience and a wonderful place to call “home” while on our trip. The rooms were clean and comfy and the kitchen worked well for fixing meals which helped us save money. The floors were heating with was a blessing on chilly nights. Rauris is a great town to stay in especially if your plan is to do alot of hiking like ours!! Bionca and Johann helped us check in and out and were extremely friendly!!
Fantastic. Clean, modern lodges. The spa is the place to be after a day on the mountain. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only a short walk from the down and slope.
Had a brilliant week there in February using the resort as a base to ski numerous local resorts such as Zell, Sallbach and Flachau.

We visited this place with our 3 childrens Flat is ok (small but ok), and has everything you need. Location is good, staff is nice. But: No free wifi - 3 euro per day, why dont they add 20 euro per week and give it... Swimming pool water are cold The refrigirator in the flat stopped working and it took them 3 days to replace it we had to throw away 100 euro of food... No compensation suggested Overall ok value for money but the pictures they provide are optimistic...
