Perfect for visiting Schloss Schönbrunn. Highly recommended

A good hotel but away from city centre. Metro station is 2 mins walk. Rooms are comfortable. No complimentary water is available. Neither any indication that tap water is drinkable. Overall experience was OK.
So glad we stayed here while visiting Vienna! The hotel has been completely redone a few years ago and is gorgeous from top to bottom. It looked like it was a little far from the immediate center of Vienna but the metro is across the street and we were walking the center streets in less than 15 minutes kith mornings. Three of the most important things for a hotel for me is: comfortable bed, AIr conditioning and ability to darken the room, this hotel was a perfect 10 on all three. Eva at the front desk along with the rest of the staff were wonderful and everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very service oriented and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Vienna again.
Wonderful hotel. Great rooms, although a little small, the bath room was huge. Nice comfortable beds. Great restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and remembered my name every time I met them. Would stay again!
The hotel is walking distance Schonbrunn Palace. The hotel can be seen from main road but the entrance is from rear side road that makes it difficult for first time users. We arrived at the hotel 9am and the check in was at 3pm so decided to have breakfast that cost 25pp, personally it's not worth it as you can get better meal for that price. Our credit card was charged 3 times for accommodation on reporting it seems the reception said we need to wait for 3 working days. It took 7 working days and after 5 followups. Email sent to Guest Relations Manager - Karim Mohammed was not answered by hotel management. Reception staff was polite on out 5followups. Navigator staff were helpful when asked queries.

Location： 3，location is not bad，close to Schloss Schönbrunn，parking garage in front of the hotel.but near main road and railway which makes a lot of noise. Lobby： 4，nothing special. Staff：4，Very nice and helpful staff at my check in time. Room：2，smelly and very noisy （near main road and railway）Sound insulation is very bad too…you can hear your neighbor’s talking. Breakfast：4，good breakfast. this hotel seems to take a lot of tour groups，full of people，the restaurant is super busy during the breakfast time.
A great place in everything. Elegant and comfortable hotel with all required amenities. Staff is helpful and cheerful. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I am in Vienna.
