William was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose ski boots. After renting boots for 40 years, I can honestly say that professionally fitted boots are a must. After a few days skiing in my new boots Dan finely tuned my fitting. This shop also offers a convenient overnight storage facility for your skis poles and boots.

Got new boots for my partner. Staff were very professional and knowledgeable and she came away with boots that fit very well. The level of customisation that they can do for your boot is great, heat moulding the boot liner and offering moulded insoles.

Nice place to rent bike, but you should be prepared. We rented 3 hard tail bikes Giant Talon, the rent price was the best among a couple of places that I checked - I'm not checked all of them ... but this place have printed price list what is great itself! I have only single complaint: the staff should understand in more details what they are doing. Before renting I presented to the crew member our plan to go up with cable car and then go down by bike by blue colored route ('blue' colored route means 'for starters'...) moreover I showed our plan on the trail map to him. His answer was that he's not familiar with the route and can't said anything. Until now it's Ok. The problem was when I returned the bikes: we returned them to the same person that rented them from. He asked me about our experience, I explained that we started according our plan but route was hard for us and we returned from the trail without to finish it. And continued to ride on asphalt routes. His response was great: the company is prohibiting to use this kind of bikes for any kind of downhill trails .... sorry, but why he don't say that before, when I showed to him our plan on the map! Anyway the story was finished successfully: after double checking by him and by other crew member, all 3 bikes were found proper without any failure, at least we were not required to pay nothing ... but after that story I filled a bit cheated. Personally I believe it was miss understand from both sides, but crew members should be more prepared to avoid 'surprises' like that we had.

I visited this store to rent, and possibly buy, skis. I told them my budget and got a recommandation. The skis was a bit over my price range, but they offered me the used rent out skis for 200 euros less than their new price. I asked about the rent price but they ignored the question. I rented the skis for one day to test them before deciding whether or not to buy them. When I arrived back at the apartment and had a better look at the skis I saw that they were very well used and had deep scratches underneath. I also checked online prices and discovered that I could buy a new pair for 50 euros less than the used rent skis at Sport Hagleitner! The price for a new pair was 250 euros higher at Sport Hagleitner than in every other store I found. I tested the skis for a day and I was not impressed at all. When I came back the next day to return the skis, I was surprised that they did not ask me any questions about my experience with the skis and on top of that they charged the highest (first class) rent price. When I commented about the price in relation to the condition of the skis there was total silence. I was very disappointed with the customer service, especially when family and friends have had good experiences with Sport Hagleitner earlier. Things has clearly changed! I strongly advise you not to waste your time at Sport Hagleitner.
