Service is poor and not professional, they prefer sitting outside smoking and not helping the costumers. I m a costumer since 2016 and i had always very bad internet. Every time that the a1 service man is coming and repaired the problem, after 1 week again the same problem, allways disconnections, poor quality bad service and poor signal everywhere . When will this things change in A1?? Do any shef see this comments and reviews??

One moth technician didn’t come to install home internet, two times he was scheduled and didn’t come. I wasted two days of work waiting for him, customer service dropped the phone when heard me speaking english and didn’t pick up phone again. Is it a joke, what kind of service are they providing... ?
I have been told that its impossible to get the card with roaming in A1 which is not true as when I got home I boight this service online... waste of my time...
I had to go in for a router malfunction. The decision to replace the router was already made on my service call the previous day. It was dead simple and involved nothing more than stating my customer number at the store counter. If this is how they continue to treat me, I will be a happy duck! Hopefully I don't face a second router malfunction to find out!
A1 shop in the same building as A1 has some offices. Parking is a bit f a challenge as the parking spaces are not easily recognized from the street but there are plenty there along the front of the building. The shop is like any other A1 shot with an array of phones to be had and some friendly staff to help you. I might imagine this, but these guys seemed a bit friendlier and more focused than the staff at some other stores I have visited - maybe the result of being next to some corporate offices?
The personnel is really helpful and polite but they are too few for the amount of people who come to the shop, so you have to wait a lot until you get to talk with some employee
Very easy prepaid sim card. No need for identification. Prices are reasonable.
