This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a luxury item! My grandfather bought a Rolex watch from them many years ago and I was eager to buy my Rolex from Dallinger. I have a lot of praise for Mrs. Schreigg who is responsible for Marketing. In the run-up to the purchase I have had a lot of contact with her, the customer friendliness and knowledge is of an unheard-of level. The purchase itself was also great, I was warmly welcomed, offered a drink, and the sale was very genuine and friendly. This is proof that a family business is still one step ahead of a chain, due to the experience they have been able to build up over 100 years, resulting in this wonderful service. A Rolex watch in general is already very special, but I dare to say that buying from Dallinger is even more special. They sell the total package, the experience. When I look at my watch now, all these good memories come to mind. Dallinger now has a client who will happily return to Salzburg in the coming decades! I am a Belgian customer, but I am willing to travel all over the world for such a service that Dallinger provides! Thank you so much, Alexander

Today was the day that I reward myself with something special. I bought an Explorer II today as my first Rolex buying experience. It was great at first as the store had the exact model I had been looking for for a few years. When it came time to purchase they ran my card and it was declined twice. Easy enough to say I was embarrassed knowing I had the money. We called the card company and they saw no issues with the card. After 30 minutes of problem solving and worryIng, the card company asked to run it on a different machine. Instantly the card was accepted and the transaction was done. At this point I was relieved and glad it was over with. Not exactly the experience I had hoped for. The worst part was that they never even apologized for it being their fault. Terrible service and first experience with Rolex. Ps. This is not my first time buying a high end watch.
I took in an old Submariner for bracelet repair, was less expensive than it would have been in the US, turnaround was fast, staff was extremely pleasant. A few weeks later, I took a recently purchased second-hand Yachtmaster in for assessment, they determined on the spot that the watch was not in suitable condition (failed all tests). I was able to return the Yachtmaster; they saved me thousands. Highly recommended.
My wife and I was in the area yesterday shopping gifts. Every country we travel to I buy the whole family watches of their choice because time is precious and we should cherish it. Rolex was decided on for our Salzburg trip, but when I arrived at this store the door was locked literally in my face and the greeter at the door stared at me through the glass. This is after a tourist went and in and out like three times. The feeling of rudeness was felt toward me and my family and I will never do business here at this store. He ruined someone's sizable commission because I am blessed to have a family of eight, none of us settle for anything less than excellence. This stores service on 17.6.2016 was far from that......

Als langjähriger Kunde von Uhren Siegl war die logische Konsequenz ein Modell der Marke Rolex zu erwerben. Man war sehr bemüht Ersatz auf das nicht verfügbare Modell anzubieten, was sich schlußendlich als Glücksgriff erwiesen hat. Hervorheben möchte Ich Hr. Gneuss sowie Fr. Schreiegg, welche äußerst freundlich sowie sehr Kompetent wirkend agierten. Zu guter letzt gab es noch ein kleines Präsent mit auf den Weg.
