Renovated. Single room is spacious with a good bathroom and a mini fridge. Nice common area. They clean the rooms every week. Kitchen is big enough, but you'll have to share it with the entire floor. I only wish they had more machines in the laundry room. The neighborhood is pretty good and just a 10 min bike ride from the city center. Be sure to go along the river, which makes the ride even nicer. Great vegan friendly bio supermarket very close. :) And pretty much everything you need from a walking distance.

War mal sehr schön jetzt liegt die geile lobby die die hatten in trümmern!! Wieso habt ihr das getaaaan? Die haben das abgerissen und uberall stehen die bagger rum.
