Already few times I have gotten very frustrated and almost upset when I have called and tried to communicate with the people in Finanzamt. I come from Finland and my German is not perfect but I do my best to communicate. On the other side though, even though the person hears that I am struggling with my german, usually never do they even slow down or tone down the dialect. You are here to help people, and after my last phonecall I am not even sure if I have the right info! It would not hurt to learn few words in english either. Atleast to try! Please, I am trying and being polite and I would ask people in Finanzamt to do the same! Thank you.

Meine Frau hat 2 Tage lang Läuten lassen nur für einen Bescheid den wir aber dringend gleich gebraucht hätten. Wir hatten dadurch grosse Schwierigkeiten. Und wenn man Persönlich reinkracht findet man keinen es riecht aber überall nach Kaffee das ist des wichtigste und man glaubt man ist 30 Jahre in der Zeit Zück gereist. Aber wenn was zum einzahlen ist dann sinds schnell weil da kommt die Mahnung gleich mit. Wahnsinn!!!
