As we entered the store, we were graciously welcomed. After browsing about for a few minutes, we were approached by a lovely Sales Lady, Pia(?) she was lovely, patient and helpful and offered me options without being pushy. She was how one should expect to be serviced and more. She made shopping there, delightful.

As we entered the store we were approached by a sales lady informing us about the discounts happening in the store, when i asked her about the price of an item that wasn’t on the sales part se just nodded her head at me telling me that she wouldn’t show it to me as if i couldnt afford it or something then she quickly pointed at me the sales section repeatedly telling me that it was cheaper and i insisted that i wanted to know the price and she wouldn’t give it to me. Horrible experience will never go back there !
I bought a LePliage travel bag and I was unsure about size and colour. The SA that assisted me, was very kind and gave all the time to make a reasonable purchase, with suggestions and assistance.

Super nette Verkäufer/innen. Zuvorkommend, man wird nicht abwertend angeguckt, wenn man nicht nach Geld aussieht und der Hund darf auch mit rein. Er hat sogar ein Leckerli bekommen und für uns gab's noch ein Wasser :)

Aunque vayas en vaqueros y deportivas y no compres un producto caro, la atención de las dependientas es mas que excelente. Se desviven no solo por venderte un producto (De gran calidad, por cierto) y sobretodo, hacer que tu experiencia de compra sea inolvidable, y mas cuando es un producto que llevas años deseando comprar.
