We planned a four day bike adventure around the Salzkammergut radweg. Radsport was awesome in helping to outfit us for the trip. They are super helpful and very accommodating. We would highly recommend them for a bike adventure or for roaming around town. Thank you Jonas so much for enabling us to have a great vacation.

I am italian and I am travelling from tje north of Italy to insbruck to come back to alpe adria. I had a very small problem occur to burra burra specialized so I went to this shop but the women inside the shop said that she doesen't known and the others worker eas busy. I think if they treat their customers like me they can close the shop, I was so angry because she didn't realize that I needed the shop assistance. In any case every cyclo tourist need to be treat in a good way specialy when they are abroad because they eant to know a country with only the energy of their courage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good quality bikes to rent at reasonable prices. The Radsport Wagner staff were very friendly and helpful unlike other bike shops visited during our recent stay in Salzburg. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Salzburg for work and planned a long bike tour around the Lake District on my day off. Unfortunately, my original bike rental plans through another company fell through the day before. I scrambled to find other rental agencies in this area and, with less than 24 hours notice, Radsport Wagner let me rent a high quality race bike (Specialized Allez Comp) in my size, with the correct clipless pedals. Franz was incredibly helpful, did a quick bike fit, supplied a saddle bag, spare tube/pump, helmet, and helped me attach my cycling computer. The bike was in great condition, shifted perfectly, and was well-maintained. I would definitely rent from Radsport Wagner again. The quality of their bikes and service is impressive.
Visiting this shop is like a slap in the face. Hellish experience. Do not rent from this place. None of the camaraderie or helpfulness you find from most cyclists around the world. We were ignored for 20 minutes without a word or acknowledgement of our presence. We politely waited (shame on us!) for the woman at the counter to finish a transaction. When she was finally free, she was dismissive, uninformative and ultimately rude through the rental process. There are much nicer people down the road or in Salzburg. Don’t be fooled by this slick-looking shop and please don’t give your money to nasty people.
