I must say that morning staff is quite lost. They don't have any customer handling skills. They are too slow and don't even look to customer with whom they are talking. Evening staff is good, especially the staff member Valerie. She is so supportive. Regarding Hotel rooms, room was not clean. Quite dusty. Really less number of Varieties in Breakfast. Overall Ok Hotel.

The hostel in general was excellent with and had a great location. The facilities were super clean. I stayed at an 8 beds dorm room. The room was very clean and it used to have separately bath from the WC. There was very nice details were thought about for a personal comfort. The staff were absolutely kind and friendly. The hostel in general had a very nice atmospher. I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel and friendly hotel stuff, especially Mr. Kafi at the reception during the night shift. He helped us a lot after our tiresome long day driving from Croatia to Salzburg. Otherwise our trip to Salzburg wouldn't be so perfect and unforgettable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and also the families with children too. With reasonable price and good breakfast, why not?

Even though the staff was trying to be nice and helpful they were REALLY slow. And that seemed to be the same thing with every customer, no matter what it was about. On a positive note: Everything look very modern, rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet was nice, too. Good coffee and lots of different food to choose from.

We didn't have much expectation for the budget hotel, just a quiet and clean place to sleep a night. However the room (double private) was dirty, dust was everywhere. Air conditioner is non-existent, and we couldn't even open windows at night because of a drunk loud company hanging out near the reception.

The hostel experience was very unique as they just opened. The hostel room where I stayed at was very spacious and modern. This hostel could not exceed my expectations more. The staff at the reception is also very friendly and supportive. The breakfast buffet had several amenities to choose from. I would totally recommend this to other solo travellers as it is also just 5 min from the train station.

Staff seems lost. Unprofessional. Daily cleaning service means changing toilet paper and garbage. No beds made, dirty shelves. No aircondition though planned. Only one tiny window to be opened 5cm. 30 degrees in the room. Could not sleep for 2 entire nights. They served a fan but that didn't help much. Cheap bit definitely not recommended!

The roommate I shared room with was terrible and problematic. She was giving rules and regulations on when to come in and when to go out. When to switch on the light or turn it off...all these kind of rubbish. She was in her 50s and probably thought I was a teenager that she can control. In my opinion, older people like these should not be allowed in a hostel (shared room). It is a student hostel for crying out louddddd. If they must be accommodated, they should rent a private room and stop disturbing the young ones. The only good thing was the receptionists were considerate enough to change my room but I had a terrible experience putting up with her.
