Very poor service. Only one drop off location very far from the centre, and the pick-up system does not work well. For two days already no one is coming and I received no explanation and no phone calls. Still no pick-up, even though all the information was provided. Luckily the shop I am returning to is understanding and will still accept my return. Operators on the phone are friendly and kind, but the core business is lacking. Disappointed.

The worst customer service ever! I deeply regretted choosing this company to ship my documents. Not until the shipment arrived at the custom and no status was updated afterwards, then I called and found out that I had to provide documents for custom clearance. I was never being contacted by the custom office! I called them in the morning and the customer support hung up my call rudely before i finished my sentences! In the end I wasted my time and hundreds of phone calls and not even receive my shipment yet. FedEx you ruin everything.

Worst customer service in history! First I had a package that was stuck in customs clearance, no-one contacted or notified me of this, I had to call and find this out. In the last two weeks not one person from FedEx has called me back even though I was promised on every occasion that a manager would call me back within an hour. This has become a complete joke, in the last two weeks I have never once received a phone call back from any manager or representative of FedEx. I have provided all the information requested and was emailed by a representative who lied and told me my package had cleared customs, I then had to call and find out more information was needed which I provided and now no one will call me, email me and every time I call I'm told a manager will call me back. I don't understand how you can run an international conglomerate and treat the customers who keep your business afloat so rudely and dismissively. I will be calling each and every hour until this nightmare is resolved. Shame you on FedEx, what a joke!

Shipment overdue by 21 day (and still counting). The package got stuck at customs, and FedEx never notified me about it. They asked for some documents, which were sent, and after that there has been no reaction. At this moment they continue to ignore me over email and just don't tell me if they need any other documents to properly ship my package.

Horrible service, customer service is not able to do anything. My parcel was send back with out a reason and without contacting me or without attempting to deliver. Very bad dont recommend!

I will not advise anyone to use FedEx. The customer service is terrible, my parcel was returned without communication. I'm highly disappointed

I scheduled a delivery date for my package not once, but twice and FedEx failed to deliver at both the dates. They wanted to give me yet another date, but I'm getting my package myself now from Schwechat. Customer service was friendly but in the end futile.
