Good staff and service. Average ski quality to rent. Awful training, the trainer that we had was simply not good enough. Zero motivation and imagination to teach, just trying to pass time. We came out non the wiser. Would not recommend their ski training sessions
Beware of the ski quality! They are renting dangerous ski that breaks after half a day. I rented the ski (Atomic) and boots and everything seemed to run smoothly. At the speed of 10 km/h (!) I hit a small pile of snow (eye-witnessed by a friend of mine). The ski got under little bit of pressure and broke just under the binding (see the picture). Only faulty ski could break in such a way, nobody else has ever seen such a thing! The reaction of the guy at the rental shop was astonishing. Instead of admitting the faulty ski and giving me the new one for the rest of the day, they forced me to pay for the broken ski since the skis were not insured (i was not offered the additional insurance when renting them). The guy at the shop even accused me of not knowing how to ski. WTF! Luckily, it was only the ski and not my leg...
Worst class I've had (have had many in France, Chile etc) Went down the mountain following the teacher, who only told me I was skiing ok and could be a bit more upright and rotate more the ski (and I had to ask him for any advice). No personalized feedback on how or specific exercises, no link on how to achieve the goals I stated at the start. Friendly staff in general, but didn't behave well when I call just asking if this was a normal class (even though I was very humble and Ive never said their classes or teacher were bad to them). They preferred to blame me and say things that I should have asked more questions to the teacher (while I did ask). Last argument they used was 'the teacher is my husband and I belive when he says the class is good'. 'very professional' argument and proof of teaching skills. Maybe I should have asked for classes from my father (he is somebody else's husband after all)

I had private lessons for skiing and rent the equipment also there. Both worked perfectly. Very friendly and professional, its family owend. When I am back in Stuhleck and I need a skiing instructor or ski equipment I would definitely go there again!

wichtige :Zeit buchen und Ticket online kaufen. Auch eine Maske vom Typ ffp2 mit einem gewöhnlichen Schal am Mund lässt Sie nicht herein. Wir haben 20 Minuten auf die Abholung des Tickets gewartet. für Seilbahnen 0-3 min überfüllter Parkplatz
