Burger is great, but the truffle fries are awesome. I would have expected to be asked how the burger should be done with this price. Nice decor and friendly service.

Food was acceptable, but not for that price. For that price, it would have to be excellent. And it was not excellent. Bill was 320 euros for 4 adults and 2 children, with 4 glasses of wine, tap water and no desert. Tap water was charged. First time in my life when I tipped 0.

At here as part of a group booking while staying at thier sister hotel. Had the Raclette and fondue. Food was nice enough but it took some time coming out. A little more explanation on what the foods were and how the best way to cook them would have been nice. I know its fun to play around but with a big group it would have been better if the staff explained what the cuts of meat were and which were best in the oil or stock. The drinks are insanely expensive.

Quite frankly an awful experience. Booked for NYE dinner nearly a month in advance. Turns up only to find that supposedly the dinner was to start at 7pm and was a set menu - none of which was communicated. The welcome champagne took half an hour to arrive (only when asked for) and the menu includes ramen followed by fondue. However given that we waited nearly an hour for only a bowl of quite frankly disgusting looking ramen to turn up we decided to leave. For 135 Euro a head and not including wine it was a joke. Wine by the glass is 17...food is substandard and service is lacking . Would never return nor consider staying at the Hotel. The only benefit was the manager apologised.

Great concept and place but average food quality. Can do better.

The cheese fondue is too overprised, 40 euro per person (!) for a simpel cheese fondue. It was too so cold we had to send it back. The food was on the table before we even got our drink order in. Our table was continuously used as a workstation to put their service tray on. The side dishes were unrecognizable and nasty. The waiter could not advice us on our wine. A glass of wine is 9 Euro per glass and was refilled in the same glass at the table. Overall a very bad experience that lasted less than an hour, but was over 120 Euro for two people.
