I went there on a miliary leave just for snow skiing and had a blast. It's been 30 plus years now and I'm retired from the US Army. I met a beautiful woman who from Brighton, England.

I went along to the ski school requesting advanced lessons. I was specific on the slopes I could do (all colours) and wanted to work on control and maybe a few tricks. The staff at reception told me to wait outside and an instructor would be with me. Two instructors spoke to me at different times. Basically i was told we would be going to a different slope where there were blue runs to accommodate those who couldn't go down reds. Anyone who showed signs of ability would be brought back. When we arrived, we were then told we would do a run and after that split into two groups. After 3 runs I further enquired about this split but was then told that the other group was of similar ability and the split would not be happening. There was no mention of going back to the original (beside their school) or more advanced slopes either. Furthermore because of the lack of snow the upper lifts were not operating. The lift back to the other resort was a very long time away due to buses not operating much between lunch hour. I had paid 156 for 3 days lessons and after going back through my Crystal agent I was told that there would not be group lessons for anything other than beginners. The school still felt it was fair to charge me 70 for this less than an hour, waste of time of a lesson and it was through my Crystal rep, after a lot of back and forth that I finally got a full refund. I just thought that was very rich of them, charging me for this, considering the staff at the counter really did not care to get much information before I started out. I wasted almost a full day's skiing because of them. Only for the actual instructors were very nice to deal with, I would have left 1 star. I have no doubt their ability far exceeds mine but still very unfair to have wasted my day like this, not to mention the hassle getting my money back too.

Wir waren leider sehr unzufrieden! Riesige Gruppen mit 34 Kindern! Die Kinder sind zum Teil sogar unbemerkt vom Gelände abgehauen! Lange Wartezeiten für die Kinder. Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Ski Schule gewechselt.

Beste Skischule bei der ich je war, nur zu empfehlen. Kinder werden sehr freundlich behandelt und konnten danach super fahren. Das war unser bester Winter-Urlaub überhaupt!!
