Great guys helping you with your ski rentals. Ask for Hannes and Dominic, they are true experts in ski and snowboard. This season they also have Belgian staff. And it's quite handy that they also have a shop on top of the mountain at Gigijoch. Throughout the season they also have discounts for when you want to buy skis or gear.

At “Sport 2000” I have bought a pair of “Atomic Redster” ski sticks, but just after one day the paint went off and when I falled the stick has been curved. So I returned to the shop and I told the problem. The seller took a picture of the sticks and he said to me that he was going to see if Atomic could change me the sticks. The day after I came back and the employee told me that Atomic said it was my fault, and so they wouldn’t change my sticks, but he was so kind that he directly changed them anyway. This is really a great example of post sale service!!

Tolle Beratung und super Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und wissen wovon sie sprechen. Waren jetzt schon ein paar mal da und sind immer bestens Beraten worden. Natürlich auch im Skiverleih an der Giggijochbahn. Das erste mal seit 15 Jahren wieder Skifahren gewesen. Die ganze Ausrüstung zu einem mehr als fairen Preis bekommen. Top Material und trotz mega viel Kundenaufkommen waren die Jungs super freundlich und schnell. Genau so wünscht man es sich. Vielen Dank und macht weiter so.

Im Tal guter Service. Trotzdem viel zu enge Schuhe bekommen, beim Umtausch am Berg dann eine schlechtere Kategorie bekommen. Bei früherer Rückgabe gibts kein Geld zurück.
