We had a little issue with the staff and the equipment but the manager of the shop was very helpfull .He called me and we got to an arrangement. The manager was very profesional and understanding. In the end we had a great experience. It is a great spot to rent your stuff for your ski holidays.

Rented Skis, boots and co for two families during peak season over New Years. Despite the busy period the service has been excellent and very attentive - hardly ever experienced it in this positive way before. In particular Mathias has been great in picking and fitting the right skis for us and even had time to explain it all to the kids. The material itself was also great.
I forgot about writing this review, but i wanted to because they really helped me out here. Went there in march with my new boots twice, which were clearly not prepared enough for the trip. My feet hurt like hell and i couldnt stay out on the snow longer then a few hours. In 2 days, if remember correctly, they got me a custom insole and \broke out\ my boots. For the breaking out of the boots, because i didnt have any shoes with me, they gave me a pair so i could get back home. Eventually with the insole & boot done, i went on the snow again and it was a whole other world. The pain in my feet was completely gone and thanks to their quick help they really saved the rest of the vacation.
I recommend this shop very much! No problems what so ever.
you can't rate under 0 because that's the real rating! worst shopping experience ever. Very rude staff. I bought some shorts and at the first try they got broken . whent for exchange and the second pair was the same poor quality. whent again to complain and they claimed that was my fault. they wanted to refund me only after I said that i will complain at consumer protection. Because of that they didn't want let me exchange another product, they say i'm a complicated customer:) . the \lady\ also showed me the middle finger ! also if you check the prices are very high but they profit from the fact that they are very good located.
Its a ski depot, but just lockers no heated shoes or gloves. Also there is every wednesday a ski show. After the ski show there is night skie. But then the depot is closed already. So you can't store your stuff back in your depot you rented. Very very sad.
