On rating from 1 to 5 I would give you 0. I waited whole day in my flat for this delivery and it is falsely reported that I was on holiday. Now I need to go to this location which is in the middle of nowhere like I don’t have better things to do in life than to play a role of a postman

GLS didn't even try to deliver my package. They simply refuse to do their job. Took a day off work to receive my long expected package and at about 4PM i was notified that, apparently, i wasn't home. No calls on the phone, intercom or door. On top of all of that, i now have no idea where my package is. and i can't call anyone because, guess what, no phone number.
All reviews about this company are only negative! My package was not delivered the day before yesterday, although I waited at home all day. GLS does not respond to my messages on their website, and the reason that there was no delivery was the wrong address, the address was correct! Where is my package?!!!!!!
If i could give 0 stars, i would without a doubt. This company is TERRIBLE. If you can request your package be sent by ANY other company. I recommend you to do it. I was waiting for a delivery of a weight set of 20kg i ordered off of Amazon. This \company\ if it can be called this decided to not bring it to my house (putting excuse that i was not home while i was actually in quarantine for that whole week) and dropped one of the two packages off at a post office (not even the nearest one to my house but one further away) the package of 17.5 Kg where i had to carry the huge package by hand (as i don't have a car) across 500m and ended up with a wound on my fingers. And they decided to drop the other package off in a whole different district because why not? 1 km away without informing me this package was at a pick up location. I had to call the original company to give me the location of this package and the pick up shop is closed. If i can sue you, i will.
Absolutely terrible. The delivery employee didn't even bother to ring at the door and just left a note. Not only that, but the package was left in some random pick up shop, even though we're supposed to be in full lockdown at the moment and avoid useless trips.
they are never delivering the parcels to your home, they are just simply stating that no one was at home and then they will leave your packet to closest packetshop, but they are not considering that sometimes you cannot carry that packet on public transport because it is too big/heavy. Shame on you GLS!
The worst service ever. They not even try to deliver package...they just wrote package could not be delivered because the recipient was not found. To be worst i took day off and waiting for my package at home. Also no way to contact them to find out where my package is? So sad because this is now second time happening to me and i will try to avoid this company in the future .
Despite parcel tracking mentions that there was a delivery attempt, the delivery guy did never even ring the bell and sent it to a drop off shop that is a 10 min walk away from my home. Due to corona, I am at home all day and would definitely have noticed if there was an attempt. I will avoid retailers in the future, who deliver via GLS.
