The Skills Center Arab World, directed by Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Press Office and the Concordia press club, developed in 2012 a training and further training project for journalists from Egypt. The highlight was a one-week study tour in Vienna, which invited representatives of Egypt's new media. With this project. Together with Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, the Skills Group won the PR Prize 2013: "The highly professional and internationally implemented initiative for close cooperation between Egyptian and Austrian journalists aims with concrete, sustainable measures to provide an impetus for the development of democracy in the Arab world World: through networking and building know-how, an important contribution is made to a free media landscape, "says the jury. It was a great honor for us to develop and implement this project together with my friend and CEO of The Skills Group, Mr. Jürgen Gangoly. Now, after two very successful sessions in 2012 and 2017, PR-Vienna, The Academy for Journalists and PR Students, will continue this great project. PR-Vienna is using all won knowledge, experience and networking in the media landscape. All this experience will be offered now in "Study Tour 3" where media people and students from all over the Arab World and Iran can participate.
