This is for people who care about the quality of their coaching, mentoring or facilitation work and constantly want to upgrade themselves and their ability to perform their role with increasing professionalism, competency and within professional frameworks. The quality of space we hold for others depends very much on how we 'show up'​ with our clients or colleagues. The way we 'show up'​ shapes the quality of intervention or enabling our team to feel 'safe'​ with us. To frequently support others we need to be supported ourselves from time to time and that's what The Holding Space is about. We organise monthly labs as a safe place to try out new approaches or learn additional tools from each other. Our aim is to provide a generative learning space where we can just be without having to wear the hat and be in the spotlight of being the coach, mentor, facilitator or leader. From time to time we have experts join us on particular themes. Currently these include a webinar planned for January 2020 with Lisa Farr, an internationally recognised marketing expert on how to grow your coaching practice (without going crazy on social media) and returning in late January 2020 is Paul King - one of Europes few certified Leadership Embodiment trainers. The Holding Space is facilitated by volunteers who organise events, social media updates and support to our community. Many hands make light work and we are always delighted to hear from people who share our passion for ongoing professional development and the benefits of being in a supportive community can bring.
