I would rather give 0 star if it would be possible. The manager of the shop looks only for good profit and doesn't care about giving real solution for the problem at hand. I've witnessed several elderly people being offered horribly expensive and unnecessary appliances on the spot. But as soon as one requires real attention, the good manners are gone and only grumpy answers are provided. As for other employee, they seemed helpful enough, but were suppressed greatly by management. I'll avoid this place like hell in the future. I've been provided better service even at places like Würth Gmbh and other bigger retails, so why should I consider supporting this family business when the owner even doesn't care.
