The cars are clean and in good condition. However it is just not a pleasant experience due to the employees. Rude and arrogant. There are other car rental companies in Vienna with a much better customer experience...

Was quoted 300 Euro for the car, but was charged close to 500 EUR in the end. Worst thing is that i tried hard to emailed them for over 3 months but no response. In the end, i have to pay more than expected. Please be careful.
Impertinent. Dodgy. Shady. Would only recommend when you want to experience the dark side of car rental for some reason.
Please be aware that you will probably need to fight for your deposit after you return your car. This happened to me twice now, they claim the deposit will only be blocked on your card when they actually charge your card and it's up to you to get back the money. Also, they claim pre-existing damages in the hundreds of EURs. This is definitely the worst car rental place in VIenna. ---\u003e Avoid at all cost.
The worst rental place in the world!!!!! Unfriendly, missleading/providing wrong info, without any respect for people, customer service below any level. I would fire those people in a second. Embarasing for Avis brand.
They attempted to run an insurance scam on me, as at least 12 other reviewers have also noted. After returning the car, I received a 700 bill for what they claimed was a scratch on the vehicle. No such damage existed. Eventually they backed down when I said I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and asked the corporate office to produce evidence of their claim, which they could not do. I would highly suggest not renting from this location, but if you are going to, make sure to take lots of pictures of the vehicle before and after renting it.
After we returned a car, following day we were informed that a damage was identified near the front left headlight. Image of what appeared to be a scratch and an invoice for cca EUR 900 was sent to us. We went immediately to check a car one more time. Staff directed us to a car and after inspecting it we saw that it was not a scratch, but a stain which I removed with some water and 10 euro cent napkin. This is bad service at hand. We will see what happens in the next few days, but for all renting here be aware that things like this are happening (images of the front left wing with stain removed are attached).We rented over Budget, but they operate together with Avis.
