You expect what you want to have. If are a tourist and want to shop others brands as well, better visit the department store because it is easy to handle to the tax refund.

I must say has previous comment mentionned the only thing they say when you ask for a specific item is that it is out of stock.....in my world if i go in any other Bottega Venetta the employes offer to check if there is a possibility to order or do something to get it......In Vienna Champion of thinking they are more important than the clients and service is Zero ...and worst is that it is not the only shop with such unprofessionalism....wake up guys cause Praha have nothing to envy your city with their stunning street with a large choice of Luxury shops.....Go to check shops in Geneva for example , in summer womens have to wear closed toes shoes , hair properly back with a ponytail and not a very low profile /discret behavior toward clients ....it s time for Brands to do something in Vienna cause you don’t sell a luxury Item like you sail fish..!
