Nice place to eat during summer time the garden is very cute. We had the mix starter 15 per person. The portion were small even for a starter, but tasty. If you want to be full you should have a main course. The portions are small in general. The atmosphere makes your hunger go away. Also nice that it's away from the bustling town and yet not far away from the center.

We had breakfast on Saturday morning. First will tell you, what we liked- we reserved a table just 15 minutes before coming here. Outside sitting area was very pleasant. Service was fast and friendly. The WC area was clean and modern. Now, what we didn't like - small portions of breakfast. The Georgian breakfast consisted of one bread, covered with an egg ,cheese and small salad. The Russian breakfast was bigger, but the taste was so-so. Bread was not tasty, there was not any croissant included. Prices were higher that in other restaurants nearby.
Cafe Ansari is located in a very central and popular area close to the Donau Kanal- in an area where other high quality gastro institutions can be found. The clientele is despite of the location, not too touristic, but rather filled by locals who work or visit in the area. The quality of the drinks and food is on the higher quality level, but prices are slightly below top end 1st district restaurant level. Atmosphere is very good, but just not reaching the highest Niveau. Service quality and speed is also very good. During warmer months the garden area is very difficult to beat, and offers supreme experience. All in all a very good choice for people, who prefer to stay in the center but try to avoid tourists stacked places.
had a very nice meal with friends on a Sat night, booked for dinner 7pm, place was not busy (got busy after 8), we got some mixed starters which were very nice, and some means (my chicken breast with spinach was very good). All in all v nice location/service. 40/person incl. drinks, credit cards accepted
They serve blond roasted coffee. Otherwise its a beautiful and cozy place with a nice terrace surrounded by trees.
Excellent food !! The Georgian breakfast and the lamb omelette are a must !! Great staff and nice decor. EAT HERE !!
