Really hoped that here they would somehow help my Mom, but everything turned out the other way around. Since we were tourists, they decided to rob us (I should not say which doctor), taunted us in their German language. Okay, my mother doesn’t understand German, I understand, although there’s not much about what they were talking about. But I decided to explain the problem in English so that he understood what was the matter. Then, probably, he didn’t get what kind of problem. He did not examine her properly. Maybe he wanted to quickly get the money and just get rid of us. And when the time came for payment, this fraudster decided to rob in an amount that exceeds the real amount twice. I never expected this, especially from doctors. I did not think that they are engaged in fraud..

Top friendly staff and excellent doctor at the cardiology. Team effort on diagnosis and treatment. Most examinations available inhouse and immediately. Well balanced food, extra wishes no problem, single room beautiful and quiet. Improvements: wifi signal not strong enough, shower pressure low. Top location in the city, the garden is nice but could be a bit larger. Nice cafe and terrace for visitors in the summer time. Thank you team for a wonderful and healing stay!
Excellent doctors and real professional staff and good service
Except a little misunderstanding about the price of examinations, everything was OK. Clinic is very well equiped, looks modern, very professional staff. I recommend.

Bestes Privatspital welches ich jemals hatte, ich würde vor kurzem am Fuß operiert und zum ersten Mal in diesem Spital aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal sollte ich wieder etwas brauchen. Ich würde dort von Beginn der Aufnahme bis über OP und stationären Aufenthalt bestens betreut und versorgt, äußerst nettes, bemühtes Personal, man bekommt jederzeit alles was man braucht und muss überhaupt nicht lange darauf warten und auch Schmerzen werden sehr schnell gemildert. Ich hatte viele Spitals Aufenthalte aber dieser war echt die Krönung. Auch sämtliche Ärzte waren sehr nett und der Anästhesist Prüm. Stark der beste welchen ich jemals hatte und die Internistin Frau Dr. Simon-Ecke einfach ein Traum und so bemüht um den Patienten. Ich kann dieses Spital nur wirklich jedem empfehlen zu 100%. Vielen Dank für die perfekte Betreuung für meinen gesamten Spitals Aufenthalt an den 3.Stock und dem gesamten Pflegepersonal.
Sehr umsichtiges und freundliches Personal. Gute Organisationsform, ja und die sprichwörtliche Hilfsbereitschaft wird hier schon seit Jahren, durch das ganze Team in vorbildlicher Weise gelebt. Sowohl meine zwei Leisten OPs vor Jahren, als auch meine vor kurzem stattgefundene Augen OP, haben sich als voller Erfolg erwiesen! Dass der medizinische Aspekt, in einem hohem Ausmaß ebenso erfüllt wurde wie die Betreuung, muss allerdings nicht explizit erwähnt werden, da weitgehend bekannt. Der Qualitätsstandard dieser Privatklinik ist in vielerlei Hinsicht beispielgebend!
Das Pflegepersonal ist sehr nett. Ich habe 1 Tag drinnen gelegen. Aber ich bin einfach positiv gegangen.
