An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. rudest and most incompetent people ever, many hidden rules and tricks on the bookings that get you to pay more to get worst places. Heltmut Rainiel, the guy who runs this disgraceful site is a real incompetent himself , so no wonder ,... just stay away from this site
This booking system is a disgrace and a complete disaster. They really do need to do a serious upgrade of their system. Their booking process (website, follow-up emails) is extremely awkward and dysfunctional. Bemusingly so. The seat map shown during the buying steps is only an inaccurate, non-clickable sketch of the hall. The user is left wondering where exactly she or he will be seating, as it is not even clearly specified that (if) exact seats cannot be selected, and that you have to be content with an automated selection. Only a few options are available to at least constrain that automated selection.
FRAUD!!! Stay away from it.
Versuch einer Buchung Staatsoper für 2 Plätze Fehler 1081 bei beiden Ein anderer Platz Buchbar, aber beim zweiten nicht möglich wg anderer Sonderkondition. Ich habe keine gewählt. Anderer Versuch, Fehler 1081 Versuch 3 nebeneinander, als Kommission nur ebenso buchbar. Nach Buchung Info, leider nur zwei Plätze bei dieser Vorstellung buchbar. Geht es eigentlich noch schlimmer. Mail an Culturall. Bekomme autoretourmail mit Header vom 6.März, wir haben jetzt September Da steht auch bis auf weiteres telefonisch von 17.30 bis 19.00 Uhr erreichbar. Habe ich versucht, niemand hebt ab. Bin fassungslos
Am 20.10.Karten für den \Leichenverbrenner\ geordert! Am 3.11.wurde die Veranstaltung abgesagt! Nach 8Tagen keine Rückbuchung am Konto am 16.11.noch immer nicht!!! Absolut indiskutables Kundenfeindliches Verhalten! Scheint eine Masche von Culturall zu sein!!!
