If you are a new customer, don't fall for these 5 stars reviews. They are completely biased and 99% of them are friends with the owners. They asked me and my friends to give them a 5 star rating and that they would give us free snacks in return. The free snacks were old nuts from another table. I do not recommend.

We stopped here to have a cofffee and some refreshments, just because it was the first location with free outdoor seating. And of course it wasn't smart to stop for a coffee at a shisha place. The double espresso was like slight coffee flavoured warm water. The cappucino was the same, just with a bit milk without milk foam (so therefore more a milk coffe), and due to the milk already cold. We had to wait for about 15min for our coffee. We also had the home made iced teas, which were on the other hand really good and refreshing, but quite expensive for an iced tea. We didn't try the shisha. If you're looking for a coffee, look for another place.
If they'd upgrade or teach their service more and better, I'd definitely recommend it but else I rather not. You pay 20 which is utterly overpriced for a very small table and a shisha that surely isn't worth 20. It's very small and tightening and there's too much smoke at once, an upgrade for your ventilation won't hurt!(: The prices for the drinks are alright even though some drinks are more on the bland side, like their homemade ice tea. I wouldn't recommend ordering any hot drinks. Trust me it'll arrive cold. I had high expectations after reading all these reviews but unfortunately this was my least favorite spot during my trip in vienna. I bet there are better places to go for a hookah.
Not worth the money imo and i visited many shishabars before. I don't like how they try to sell it as luxurious when the interior looks quite cheap. The drinks are good but the seats are too tight, too small. The music is too loud at times and not really the greatest to enjoy either. It's acceptable. I don't trust most of these 5 stars reviews since they are pretty biased because they are friends with the owners.
Very good shisha, even though it was a bit pricey for my taste (i took the cheepest one there), but you have to consider that this bar is in the very center of Vienna. Nice ambient, but it can get crowded during the evening so make sure to call for reservation if you are going on the weekend. Very attentive staff, fast service, shisha will be delivered within minutes from the order. They even have the buttons on the table for calling the server (for bill, shisha or drinks).
