Unfortunately, I got in the situation to buy cancer medicine in Austria and then I had to send them to my relatives in Romania. I paid extra for insurance which was fairly priced: 1 for every 100. Cancer medicine is very expensive and the insurance was a great deal for me. The man that took care of my package was incredible friendly, polite and helpful. He calmly answered my questions and explained to me everything I need to know. Thank you once again! The shipment arrived in good condition in exactly 51 hours, faster than expected. This was a life-saving package and DHL did a great job. Thank you all!

The worst Courier ever. My friend send me 50 masks from china for my Family, the transport fee was almost 90Eur, it was 3x more than UPS, and then, DHL asked me to pay 6Eur tax to Austria along with 18Eur processing fee, this makes no sense and never use DHL again, because they are THIEF!!!!

NO , No, Weg weg, You need to pay extra fee, already two times, in other companies isn't like that, plus paying extra days. I'm not lying, just compare and read from other much better and professional companies, Bewertungen says everything, just compare with the better companies, PDP or UPS, much much better and professional.. Very very bad experience, they lose my package, then they found it and I needed to pay for one week storage extra, plus very expensive fee, much more expensive than the product itself, very expressive. Not recommended, nie wieder.
